Personalized learning is an approach to education that seeks to tailor instruction to each student's individual needs, interests, and learning styles. It recognizes that each student is unique and learns differently, so it aims to provide a customized learning experience that is engaging, relevant, and challenging.

 

With personalized learning, students have more control over their own learning. Teachers play a crucial role in this approach by designing learning experiences that are differentiated and individualized to meet the needs of each student. Our goal is to accomplish this with a focus on academic interventions and enrichment, additional lab time, connecting staff and student passions/interests, and providing additional social-emotional and wellness opportunities.

 

The goal of personalized learning is to improve student outcomes by creating a more student-centered and effective learning environment. It has been shown to increase student engagement, motivation, and achievement, as well as improve their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
